I LOVE Thanksgiving. I love the food (specifically, preparing the food), I get so excited about the community and the family time, and I also love the encouragement to, simply, SLOW DOWN. Be GRATEFUL. Take a SECOND. It’s just so needed — especially around this time of year — and always seems to come right when I need it most.
