Powder Room Update

Nothing like doing some major home renovations right before a move, right??

(Please tell me I’m not the only one).

We are going to sell our house next year so we’re in the process of updating everything. Which is so fun! But also, a ton of work. One of the first rooms was our powder bath. It’s the only bathroom on our main floor so it gets a lot of use. Our house was built in 2004 so it desperately needed an update.

We made some plans, gutted the entire thing, took the tub/shower and turned it into a shower only, and replaced all the tile, plumbing fixtures, and vanity. For a special touch, we added moulding to the walls and a very neutral wallpaper.

It turned out beautifully! It’s tricky to renovate knowing you’re going to sell. My goal was to keep it neutral but, as it’s a powder bath, give it a little wow. Take a look!
