Hi there! And happy quarantine day 4,672 ?. If your house looks anything like mine these days, we’re spending a lot of time with Netflix. Particularly in the evenings. You too? I find this whole thing so confounding. For the most part, I tend to be a fairly relaxed person, however, even in my relaxed way, I have still been riding the waves of emotions as we navigate the murky waters of this virus.  This week, I have to say, I’m feeling pretty encouraged, like we’re moving forward and things are gonna be A-okay soon. And as I told a friend the other day – I’m really trying to hang on to any little bits that bring me joy. Taking those moments with me into each day helps me to stay more in gratitude and that’s a heck of a lot better than all the fear that’s going around!
